Eastern Virginia Airport System Study
The Eastern Virginia Airport System Study (EVASS) was an analysis designed to help the Commonwealth identify a system of airports to best meet eastern Virginia’s air transportation needs in the year 2030 and beyond. EVASS findings provide guidance for enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of air transportation in the region and will contribute to the economic vitality of not only eastern Virginia but the entire Commonwealth.
